The conversion of a Grade II Listed Building to provide a 2-storey retail art gallery of approximately 1800 square feet.

The opening up of the basement area revealed historic architectural features which were incorporated within the new design demonstrating the importance of flexibility and the ability to embrace opportunities that present themselves during the design and construction phases of all projects.

New LED lighting which was developed in conjunction with Phillips and is bespoke for DMFA Whitewall Gallery use was incorporated within the basement to obviate for the need for air conditioning.
