One has a thicker pad - which can accommodate skinnier mugs and tumblers including the popular 20oz skinny tumblers and water bottles that have a diameter of at least 2.75". If your print design is for full-width printing, we suggest you rotate mugs and print twice. I will roll the edge of my tumbler on the table a bit to press those edges (see an example of this in the video above).
