Polaris recommends always wearing a DOT-approved full-face helmet while operating a Slingshot. I will always wear my helmet anytime I find myself in the great state of TN! See your state laws for full details. If I had experience riding snowmobiles I'm sure it would've been a different story as that set of skills kicked in.
