Conversion of a villa dating back to 1387 to provide luxury residential accommodation for discerning clients.

The building required total underpinning and practically reconstructing but as a ‘Grade I * Historic Listed Building’ strict planning and Local Council control required sensitivity and great care in the incorporation of contemporary services including air conditioning, power and highly contemporary lighting.

The works included major re-landscaping and earth movement including reconstruction of an existing stone barn to provide ancillary accommodation and the incorporation of terraced areas with heated swimming pool.
