A three-phase project on the grounds of a Grade II Listed Building commencing with the construction of an oak-framed garage block including ancillary storage.

The second phase required the construction of an open pool pavilion with solid oak frame to complement a large swimming pool.

The third phase requires a self-contained artist’s studio with oak frame and detail reflecting those employed on the principal home.
